INFORMATION

VACCINATION RECORD

All vet recommended Core, Flu, and Rabies vaccinations are required for the care of dogs and cats, to avoid the spread of infectious disease.

Agreeing to the terms in the pet sitting/boarding contract indicates your pet is up-to-date.

FOOD

Foodstuffs should be provided in amounts that will last the duration of the service.  Bringing your own food also minimizes stress tummy!

Food allergies should be communicated.

Purina foodstuffs are provided in-house if food is not provided by the owner.

MEDICATIONS

Medications must be provided by the owner in amounts that will last the duration of the service, in its labeled packaging, and provide all relevant instructions on the intake form.

Kaycie's Creature Camp offers refrigeration & can give some medically related injections.

INTAKE FORMS

All waivers and information sheets should be filled out as best as possible prior to or at drop-off.  Services CANNOT BE PROVIDED without the completed forms and vaccinations.

All forms must be completed as best as possible and signed before services can be rendered.

SOCIAL CONCERNS

Include in your forms ANY issues concerning aggression, high fence jumping, or serious separation anxiety.  These are handled only on a case-by-case basis.

Kaycie's Creature Camp reserves the right to reject any Creature at any time who appears to pose a danger to staff or other Creatures in our care.
